Maple Syrup Vinaigrette

4 tablespoons of   Maple Syrup
1.1/2    "               Sherry VInegar
1.1/2    "               Ground Nut Oil
1          "               Hazelnut Oil

1. Boil the Maple Syrup until you have about half the quantity (2 tablspoons approx.)
2. Remove from the heat and whisk in the remaining ingredients.
3. Season with salt and black pepper - to taste

This is lovely served with duck or chicken.
