Fruit Smoothie - fast, easy and delicious!


Ingredients: 2 servings
1 banana

3 or 4 large ripe strawberries

1 orange - juice only - freshly squeezed

Apple & Ginger juice - (Cawston Press) approx. 1/4 - 1/2 pt. - (to choice)

- no sugar needed

Liquidise all ingredients together till frothy and creamy - - it's delicious.
