Lucozade Smoothie

Delicious quick smoothie:

1 apple, cored and 'chunked' - - no need to peel

1 banana (peeled)

Bio Yogurt (plain) - a good blob!

Lucozade! enough to make your smoothie.
Liquidise all ingredients till smooth and creamy
