Chinese Food Made Easy

Lovely programme from Ching-He Huang on Mondays, BBC2 (8.30). Her recipes are really easy and quick to put together. Of course, you do need the right ingredients - but most of the recipes can be slightly adapted, and I'm sure most larders have some Chinese ingredients on the shelves. Some of her recipes include:
Singapore-style noodles
Pork and Prawn Dumplings
Crispy Duck with apricot and plum sauce
