Speedy Microwave Omlette - made with leftover yolks
This little omlette will take less than two minutes to make - and straight into your plate.
I used a soup bowl as it has a lower level.
I used 3 or 4 egg yolks - you can store these safely (covered) in your fridge for a couple of days - but do check for freshness before using.
I whole egg
small amount of water (or milk)
seasoning and teeny knob of butter
Whisk all ingredients together and pour into your 'bowl'
Cook on high for 1.40 to 2 mins (or until all omlette is cooked through).
Watch this carefully.
(It cooks from the outside in).
You can add grated cheese before serving.
No dirty saucepans to wash up either!
