She would beat several egg whites till stiff and fold them into the batter to make it stiffer, then she would pour it onto a cookie sheet in circles about the size of a CD. Instead of using cinnamon sugar she would use large crystal white sugar (not sure if it's still available) and they were DELICIOUS !!! She actually called them Sugar Cakes.

I've been looking for this recipe for about 20 years but my family didn't seem to feel I was privy to it so I've been SEARCHING FOREVER.

THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!
RebeccaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1569151809988002128.post-89230199312849206892017-02-02T18:51:51.349+00:002017-02-02T18:51:51.349+00:00Gypsy creams Gypsy creams Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02269217914806068181noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1569151809988002128.post-51884110472129931212015-06-08T09:44:07.874+01:002015-06-08T09:44:07.874+01:00delicious..... delicious..... http://dapurresepnusantara.blogspot.com/http://dapurresepnusantara.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1569151809988002128.post-41052572787561691892015-05-17T20:30:21.811+01:002015-05-17T20:30:21.811+01:00I do like baked custard and so easy to make too. ...I do like baked custard and so easy to make too.
