turn and fry other side just for a minute or two.
Add to veggies.
Add 1/2pt. veg stock with a little Apple juice added.
Season + some dried herbs of choice.

about 180/90 deg.C for approx. 1 hr.
Test to see whether chicken and veg are cooked through.
Should then be ready.
