For ages, I have been trying to find a good recipe for Gateaux de Riz - which I usually buy in little pots in the supermarkets in France - and which are really good. I browsed La Boheme's website, by chance, and found a list of lovely French recipes - none of which I have yet tried - but the first one I will try is Gateaux de Riz. (Watch this space!)
Do check out their recipe list - it looks terrific. I'll put the recipe up if it works out ok!
(A while ago I tried making one with leftover long grain white rice - - - it was horrible!)
